A:  Most orders are shipped within 3-4 business Days. Q:  Are your watches new and unused? A:  Yes.  MyBigWatchStore.com only sells new and unused watches. Q:  Do your watches come with the Manufacturer’s Warranty? A:  Yes.  Every watch sold by MyBigWatchStore.com comes with the full manufacturer’s warranty. Q:  Can I track my order after it has been shipped? A:  Yes.  A tracking number will be sent to the email provided during checkout. Q:  Do you offer a discount for bulk purchases? A:  Yes.  Please contact customer service at customerservice@MyBigWatchStore.com for special pricing on orders of 10 or more watches. Q:  What is your Return Policy? A:  Returns are accepted up to 30 days after the order date provided the watch is in brand new and unaltered condition (unworn) with all original materials and booklets intact. Watches showing any sign of wear or that have been sized cannot be returned. Sizing your watch band by a qualified watch store will not void the warranty of your watch. All watches are shipped with a return seal. Do not remove this seal if you think you may wish to return your watch. This seal must be present and unaltered for any returns. All returns are subject to a $20 processing fee. This fee will be waived on watches returned for exchange for an item of equal or greater value. If you suspect that your watch may be somehow defective, please notify MyBigWatchStore.com  immediately. Do not attempt to repair the watch yourself or by anyone else. Watches with damage due to abuse, misuse, owners neglect to follow correct operating instructions, or water/condensation damage are not returnable. Defective watches (as determined by MyBigWatchStore.com ) will be replaced with the same model. Picture or description inaccuracies on our web site or other advertising are not considered for returns. Charges for shipping, gift wrapping, rush processing, shipping insurance, and extra watch band links are not refundable. Once you place your order, we are unable to cancel your order and the terms of this return policy apply. Shipments that are refused or returned to us as undeliverable will be processed as a refund according to this return policy. Freight or other charges for all returns will be the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be approved by MyBigWatchStore.com and a valid RMA (return material authorization) issued prior to returning the watch. All packages received by MyBigWatchStore.com  without a valid RMA will be refused. You must obtain a Return For Inspection (RFI) number from MyBigWatchStore.com before returning the merchandise. We will not accept any returned merchandise without an RFI number. Returns must be shipped via a prepaid traceable carrier, such as UPS or FedEx. In case of loss or damage, the customer is liable. Original condition means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the watch and the security tags are still attached. The watch must not have been sized or altered in any way. Home
